Workshop
The Leinster Schools Debating Competition is back in business! We will be hosting a debating workshop in UCD on Saturday the 8th of October. This will comprise of a talk by two of Ireland’s most experienced debaters, followed by a show debate between some of Trinity and UCD’s finest speakers. Lunch will be provided. We will be meeting at Theatre P in the Arts Block (Newman Building) in UCD. We encourage all schools to attend this workshop. It will contain valuable information to those beginning debating as well as tips for those who are more seasoned debaters. About us
The All Ireland Schools\' Debating Competition is a free debating competition open to all senior cycle students in Ireland. It is jointly run by the L&H of UCD, the Hist of Trinity, the Lit and Deb of NUIG and the Philosoph of UCC.
